They need to train there staff on customer service. Was walking around for 30 minutes and they walked right by me. No hi how you doing or anything. Guess they didn’t wanna sell a car to me cause the way I was dressed. Talked to the general Mananger and he said that’s not how there trained. Well sir you need to retrain your staff and make sure customer service is always there with greeting them.
I went in to possibly purchase a new Ram pickup, I was told I wouldn’t be allowed to test drive the truck I wanted to buy, I would NEVER buy a pickup I couldn’t at least drive and see if I liked! NOTE: I have purchased at least 3 brand new vehicles from the Korf dealership for my fleet and they treated me horribly! I would highly recommend finding a dealership elsewhere!!!
Both the sales and service teams were exceptional here at Korf, getting me financed on my first real vehicle purchase and making sure I had all my needs addressed in regards to the vehicles maintenance and upkeep. super glad i came here for my first real experience at a dealership

I received and email fairly quickly about the car. This was great, and there was further correspondence that day (a couple more emails, with a question to me from Taylor). However, he never replied again. I sent 3 more emails with no reply so I gave up and moved on. It was an extremely disappointing experience. But not surprising because the only thing I ever hear about Korf- especially customer service wise- is horrible. Nothing ever good. They do not seem to care about customers. I was hoping it was just upset people and korf is actually good.
We purchased a lease vehicle and the staff accommodated our needs on very short notice. The staff was very efficient, service-oriented and fun to work with. We highly recommend this dealership.
Had some warranty work done and the service dept has been great to work with . Always get me right in the shop and the work was always done earlier than promised. And my Wagoneer is always nice and clean when I pick it up!

Bought a car , when we were there we weren't greeted for over a half hour, and they weren't busy they just were gossiping. Still went thru with a purchase. Was promised in writing a few things to go with our purchase, one of the things was an extra key fob. Haven't received anything yet. Multiple calls and messages to our salesmen have gone unreturned. Do not recommend
Cokeeta was awesome at setting up my service appointment and very helpful. Stephen was Emmy tech and covered the inspection sheet in detail and even provided information to me that would help prevent further more expensive repairs down the road.

I took my Ford F150 I for anoil change and tire rotation. The service department folks were very friendly and the service was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this dealer for your needs.
my overall experience was great. The service writer was courteous, and professional. My truck was serviced in a timely manner and returned to me very cleans. The cost to service was very competitive to other places where I have had my truck serviced, I'm very happy with the end result.
Overall, the place looks like it's going out of business. Building is old, outdated, and dirty looking both inside and out. The parking lot is in poor shape. Hard to tell where the newer cars begin and the used cars are located. Seemed like dealership personnel were more interested in visiting with each other than taking care of the customers. Services and parts seem extremely overpriced even for a dealership with so called professionals and top of the line parts.
The service writer was friendly and professional. The service requested was provided, but what was really unexpected was the wash. It was really nice to climb into a clean truck. Thanks!
In spite of the frequent changes in ownership during the thirty years or so I've been doing business with this facility, there has always been a high level of competence and responsibility. I am a Ford man all the way, so I plan to continue doing business with this dealership.
Great buying my jeep there. Very courteous and easy to connect and agree on purchasing. Fair deal on my trade in. In addition to purchasing the vehicle, I had them install running boards. Great service and courteous personnel.

Sells was great to work with parts department was great everything was done but the wash was bad could have done a better job the door jams your nasty lots of soap film and dirty
At first, things that were supposed to happen, did not seem that it would, but then it, my car, got in and things went okay. I was then told they would clean and wash my car, but time and other appointments, got in the way of getting that done. The service manager, or one of them, told me that I would be given a rain check on the clean and wash job at my next visit. The service desk representative was EXTREMELY helpful and respectful. The dealership vacuumed and washed the auto without being asked to (a plus). I will certainly recommend Korf Motors to friends and family. I have been to 2 Ford dealerships in the "local" vicinity (Loveland, Cheyenne) and neither provided the quality of service I experienced here. R, Lupe Torres
The service manager was able to work me in on the same day I called. I came an hour early and he still worked me in at the earlier time.

Unfortunately, I had an engine overheat in my 2006 Ford Fusion. The service department charged me $247 to confirm this truth about my engine, however, for $247 I was disappointed in the depth of their findings. Once I pulled the car home on a trailer, my local mechanic immediately noticed that a belt had fallen off. Nothing in my $247 service report indicated this at all. I feel like I was overcharged for the diagnostics performed and that the service department was not very thorough in their findings. Their friendliness was by far their strength in dealing with them.
